I specialize in helping fathers strengthen their relationships with their children, particularly those struggling to reconnect or build deeper bonds. For many years, I worked as a civilian psychotherapist for the military, where I supported soldiers and veterans in repairing and improving their family dynamics after deployments. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges fathers face in parenting and family life. Now, I’m bringing that knowledge and passion into my private practice. In addition to supporting fathers, I also specialize in treating social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. My goal is to help clients not only overcome their challenges but also find joy, meaning, and connection in their lives.
