I provide both individual and group therapy based in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindful Self-Compassion. My practice focuses on supporting women and LGBTQIA+ folks on issues around anxiety, trauma, communication, relationships, self-image, and substance misuse.
I offer in-person sessions in downtown Marietta, GA and virtually for Georgia. I also provide Walk and Talk Therapy to anyone in the West Cobb area.
